  3. Daily monitoring of employee’s body temperatures
  4. Verification that the employee has not had any symptoms of COVID-19 or has not come in contact with any individuals that have tested positive for COVID-19.
  5. Sitewide COVID-19 daily audit
  6. Ensure proper incident reporting and record retention.
